About Colleen
Helping small business owners bring clarity, structure, and strategy to their financial decisions.
I am the founder of Angel’s Accounting and Finance, and I work with established small business owners who want to better understand their financial information and make confident decisions about the future of their businesses. Why I Do This Work
What Clients Come to Me For
- Questions about profitability, cash flow, or planning for growth
- Feeling unsure about what the numbers are really saying
- Numbers say you’re profitable, but you have no cash in the bank
- A vision for the future, but no road map to get there
How I Work With Clients
I work closely with business owners to understand their company, their priorities, and what matters most to them. My goal is not only to provide accurate financial information, but also to help them feel confident using that information to guide decisions and plan for growth.
My approach is collaborative and supportive, focusing on interpretation, guidance, and strategy.
Professional Background
I have experience in financial reporting and analysis for multi-channel retailers, service providers, early-stage startups, SaaS companies, nonprofits, international corporations, and local governments. This broad perspective gives me insight into how different organizations manage growth, complexity, and decision-making.
Even in my days as a corporate accountant, I was sought after for stepping into complex financial environments and helping leadership teams make sense of their numbers. Over time, I became a trusted resource for leaders who needed not only reliable financial information but also perspective on what the numbers were really saying to guide operational and strategic choices.
As the founder of Angel’s Accounting and Finance, I partner with established women-owned businesses that are ready to move beyond basic bookkeeping and begin using their financial data as a strategic tool. I provide financial guidance and ongoing CFO-level support to help clients plan for growth and make confident decisions. I believe financial information should empower business owners rather than overwhelm them.

- Fighting the patriarchy, misogyny, homophobia, transphobia, and fascism through everyday decisions and actions.
Thinking About Working Together?
If you’re feeling stuck, unsure, or ready for more clarity and support, I’d be happy to talk. The first step is a conversation about your business, your goals, and the challenges you’re currently facing.
